Pre-Kitting and Mobile ICT Shelters

SCS manufactures pre-kitted, customer specific equipment shelters with sizes ranging from 0.5 m2 and up in various configurations.

Shelters are custom designed and fitted with the following:

• Cooling and Control Systems
• Electrical Systems, Earthing Systems and Distribution Boards
• Access Control Systems
• Monitoring and Surveillance Systems
• Equipment Racking Systems
• Cable Harnesses

Typical specifications include full perimeter aluminium frame, UV stable silicone door seal, stainless steel hinges and locking device. All nuts and bolts are A2 stainless steel with Nylock nuts.

Shelter sub frames are available in hot dip galvanised, 304 stainless steel and 3CR12.
Feet are fully adjustable +/- 150mm
Typical Floor loading ranges from 500kg/m2 to 2500 kg/m2 +

Shelters can either be transported to site as a complete, pre-kitted unit or can be supplied as knock down shelters, in kit form to be erected on site.
