Demountable buildings are structures designed & built to be transportable. They are either used for long-term, temporary or permanent facilities. Demountable structures are an ideal solution in remote or rural areas where conventional construction may not be feasible or would be too timeous.

SCS is involved in the development of demountable structures and alternate means of construction technology(s) for the African continent. It is becoming increasingly evident that organisations looking to deploy points of presence or infrastructure into Africa; need smarter, more efficient and faster means in order to do so. SCS, in order to meet these needs, has designed solutions and systems that can be deployed anywhere with great efficiency and speed thus eliminating typical arduous construction cycles within Africa. These systems also ensure quality control and standards maintenance.

Demountable / Kit-Form structures are designed to sit on a typical concrete foundation & can be custom built to our clients requirements. These structures are able to scale in order to allow for multi-storey structures (maximum four stories). This system of construction is very cost effective compared to normal methods of construction due to the speed in which they can be deployed and the required maintenance thereafter.
